To grow a business in an industry where overall engagement was very high, but individual brand awareness was low.

Idea

In building a human story, our ‘Founded On Care’ campaign sought to drive a shift from advertising which held a mirror up to the customer, to communication which is all about what the brand has to offer them individually.
