Demonstrate leadership and support within the healthcare professional (HCP) community during the pandemic and drive sales at a time when clinics were forcibly closed.

Idea

Communicate the brand’s simple goal of providing safe and trusted reduction of facial lines. By educating HCPs on the benefits of using recommended dosing, we provided them the tools to re-engage patients post lockdown and recover quicker financially, For Botox it was to drive sales at a time many feared no market would exist.

Results

Q3 2020 sales rose 30.6% year on year.
The highest single sales day since 2017 & the largest ever day of customer orders
